Hello all! I "listened" very closely to all the instructions for the counter .....let us see how well I did! Wait....how will it know what it's counting down? Man, i thought i almost had it! If at first you don't suceed, try try again!

whats up with mine looking sloppier than everyone elses! What's that boarder stuff with the width and things? well, it is counting down and that's all that matters!

I am seeing 36 days, 11hours, 32minutes and 2 seconds right this second (see post date & time). The only thing that looks out of place is the information off to one side of "Time by Escati" It looks to be the banner size information.
Keep at it.. Your getting close, unless that is suppose to be there.. ;)

Ok, see in that code, on the 3rd line where it says Countdown to ???????? Just take out the question marks and paste in whoever's name you want, and add parole/release. That will fix up that part.

Then see on the 8th line of that code where it says cdt=2012;8;26;12;00;00... you have to enter the parole/release date there in this format...
cdt=year;month;day;hr;min;sec

The reason you're getting that border=0 width=130 height=32> beside you're escati logo? I think you've got an extra bracket inserted in your code. Check on the code you pasted in, where it says "alt="Time By Escati"...it shouldn't have a bracket. If yours looks like this alt="Time By Escati"> take out that last bracket. It's a command, that's why that border thing is showing up. Same with the one by Rob's Parole Hearing...just take that one out too.

One more try! Thanks guys...if it doesn't work totally, at least it's still counting!

Ok, I hit 'view source' on this page and found your problem Sshari. {There was a bracketed break in your code, don't worry about it.} I've taken it out, this is the code that will fix that problem for you, just copy and paste it in your profile.

Hmmm, I don't think it would be your computer. Try this one, I just took out the image link to escati, maybe it's a problem at that site. Get rid of what you have in there and try copying the below in, see if that gets rid of it Sshari.
