For anyone not familiar with a rule 32 - it is when your baby pleads guilty but is not pleased with his sentence and his lawyer tells the judge to reconsider, and hopefully lessen it. Carlos was only supposed to get a few year on probation! Not a few years in jail! :yuck:
Does anyone know how long this rule 32 thing takes? He has been in now for 5 months and I feel like I have been waiting a lifetime. Has anyone had any good experiences with the rule 32? I feel like I may be pinning my hopes on a big fat let down. :ham:
If you are spiritual, I ask for you, please pray that Carlos can come home soon. I am so thankful for our blessings, including PTO. I am also AMAZED at the strength that I have found in you people. You are all wonderful. Thank you Arizona PTO! ;)

Since no one is really writing in this or looking at it. I will take this time to talk to my bebe and make a tribute. I know I'm not the only one who talks to their guy when he's not here!
Querida My love! Mira - I put our prayer in my signature. Now at the end of every post, mi esposo, everyone will see our beautiful prayer that you wrote (and I edited down to 500 characters) that we say to Our Lord at the end of everyday. Mi cielo, Someday our prayers will be answered. Mi sol, you will come home, like you say, mi vida, maybe not as soon as we'd wish but you WILL come home. And then the real work begins, flacito. Te amo con todo mi corazon, siempre amor. Novio, I'd make my self look like a fool for you everyday (like this) if I knew it would bring you home. Amorcito, Papito, Carlito, amado mio, I love you! - tu gringa
Rule 32 is a joke and a waste of taxpayers money again. There are specific lawyers how handle the cases presently 8 in AZ. They really are not concerned with looking at the case but only getting some free money for doing nothing. Sorry

It seems to me that lady of justice takes off her blind fold in AZ. When I was in court so many times with my son, It seem's like the state prosecuter,Judge,Defender already made up its mind before my sons case was even heard.
But not just him, everyone before him also.
Why even get written letters on my sons behalf when they have already made up there minds on how many years he will get! So they can just watch love ones beg for mercy for there loved ones?does it make them feel a little like God? I feel you are Guilty until proven innocent in AZ court of law.
I am sorry you and your husband have to go through this please keep your faith, and in Gods eyes we are all his children no more and no less!
