Well Monday is President's Day and so we all know what that means.....NO MAIL!! Man that means no mail on Sunday or Monday. Then by it being a holiday the mail will especially be behind and running slowthe rest of the week. I don't get President's Day off so why sould the mailman?

i forgot............that is depressing! :( well, ladies----be strong! write lots and send 'em all out tues. so our men can have an overload of love this week! hey! i get off of school mon. and tues.!!!! college is great! :D thank u mr. presidents!

I AGREE TOTALLY! HOPEFULLY THERE WONT BE A HOLD UP THOUGH, BECAUSE THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED BUT THE MAIL SHOULD STILL BE MOVING!

OOPS I FORGOT THEY CANT SEND A LETTER ON MONDAY EITHER! THATS USUALLY THE DAY JEFF MAILS ME MY LETTER. WELL NOW I KNOW NOT TO STALK THE MAILMAN ON WEDNESDAY I WILL JUST STALK HIM ON THURSDAY!

I hate Sundays and Holidays for this very reason! LOL

That sux so bad!! My mail has been really slow and the mailman comes when he WANTS to! He didnt come yesterday and I dont know why this happens....I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we should do another mail dance..

Babieboo when my mailman does not come it is because someone parked near the mailbox. It does not have to be in front of the mailbox either. If his lazy axx has to get out of his truck, I will not be getting mail that day. I call the post office to complain and they said he does not have to get out of his truck because there is so much mail to be delivered in a timely fashion (yea right). I hope your mailman gets on his job and bring you your babies letters. I guess we have to start doing the mail dance again :)

I hate holidays for the simple fact that there is no mail!!! My friend was clowning me about being cranky about having a holiday and an extra day off work, and I said I'd rather work and get a letter than sit at home all day and get nothing. She thinks I'm crazy. :)

Ah man, forgot Pres' day was coming up! No more holidays til Memorial Day, right?

You are so right, I totally forgot that the Post Office is closed Monday. The mail will take forever. Usually it takes 4 days on a normal week for me to get a letter from him. But when there is a holiday it is 8-10 days, no mere exaggeration. Thanks for the post and friendly reminder. In times like this, I send a big package of cards, pictures, and letters via express mail or 2-3 day priority mail. Even though it may reach there, it seems that it takes forever for the prison system to go thru all the mail. These are the days or our lives...

Ya know I didn't get any mail today, not even a bill. Nothing but an empty mailbox. SO guess I won't get anything for 3 days now. Yes I think we should start doing the mail dance babieboo then maybe we will all have letters in the mail by Tuesday hopefully.

It's even more depressing for me. I didn't get the letter and/or card I was expecting Friday or Saturday. It's been 8 days since my last one. Now I have to wait until Tuesday??? Grrr! I feel like I'm having withdrawal symptoms already.

Well ladies the only bright side is that we won't get any bills either. I've been doing the mail dance but I think I messed up cuz all I've been getting is rain!LOL

That means I'll have to wait until tuesday afternoon for the mail to come and hope the mailman brings all the mail at one time instead of bringing some now and some later like he usually does. I sware I think he does that on purpose cause its always just my letters that he happens to forget in the mail truck!
