I am new to all of this madness. I wanted to know if anyone knew what types of visits inmates are allowed if they are convicted of 273d Inflicting Corporal Punishment/minor.

From reading the CDC site it looks as if my husband won't be eligible for family visits. He is still going thru receiving so I have no idea yet where he will be placed and what level yard.

Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

You can download the title 15 (rule book) from the CDC's web site. I have heard it take a while to download, but this will have all the info you need reguarding visitng rules and the laws that apply to them. Actually, your husband should of received a copy when he got into prison. It mite be easier for him to look it up. I have a really old computer and I havn't had the time or patience to download it!! LOL
Also, there is alot of good prison email groups on Yahoo.
