hi everyone, i received a letter from dept of corrections from the deputy counsel anthony annucci, but it was what we knew already. i didnt ask if they could reduce my husbands sentence because paul has been in federal and state prisons totaling about 21 years of his life so far. he has been in lewisburg, englewood, co, california, texas, and all over the state prisons in ny state. he knows about the law. i was asking for an okay for a 2nd appeal because my husband doesnt want to pay for a lawyer again. he never put in time for a 2nd appeal so we are shot on that.
The law has to pass soon for a good time bill for violent offenders for certain cases that no one was hurt/touched...

it was nice that I got a response back but I am still not happy
