Hello everyone, I haven't posted for a while but I need your help right now. I know of someone who is requesting for a pen-pal (female preferably). His name is Fernando, really nice guy, 30 years old. He is incarcerated for a non-violent crime and needs some letters of encouragement. If someone will be willing to take some time out to drop a few lines to him, it will be greatly appreciated.
