My boyfriend's sister called yesterday & told me he is in O-Tay in CIM what is that? Also can I go to his parole hearing?

i am not sure what o-tay is, i know they have like 4 sections..

i don't know about parole hearings either, but, why don't you call his parole officer...i know the parole hearing, is different then regular court...

The only way that you can go to his hearing is if he request that you attend. He has to give your name and address to his attorney ( if he chose to have one). I went to my boyfriends parole revocation hearing.If he lists you as a character witness, then you will receive a subpoena. If not, his attorney or parole officer will contact you. It is up to him if he wants you to be there.

Hi im completly lost here i havnt heard anything from my boyfriend no phone calls nothing he went over to chino on saturday i dont even have an address can anyone help me??

here is a number for chino 909-597-1821 pres 1 then 3 and then 4 they will tell you what yard he is on. if he is in reception he probably cant call you. I really dont know much but hope i helped.
