We found out today that my Hubby's parole hearing will be Oct. 1st or 2nd-he is the last name on the list so most likely the 2nd. This is where we find out if our "packet" of info will do any good. We have close to 30 character references (people who have known him for 3-13 yrs), His job performance reviews over the last 13 yrs, and documentation of our daughter having Cystic Fibrosis and the cost of her medications etc. And the need for both of us to provide her treatments/care. I even sent one to the govenor of Ohio-Hey it can't hurt. He appoints the people to the board. We will be down there to see him the weekend before he goes. If all goes well they will allow immediate extradite him to California asap and just reinstate parole. Then we can get on w/ cal.
I wish we could all be there with him when he goes. we had a group of our friends that were very ready to make the drive to be there. But we can't-that sucks!
