I was wondering is there a way to find out what 3 voters will vote on a inmates case?

Also is there a way to find out why parole was denied?

The panel that votes a case is dictated by the unit of assignment when the file is actually sent to a Board office. The BPP website used to have a listing of which offices handled which units.

There is not a set method of determining who will be the first or second voter in most cases.

If release is denied, there are some generic reasons that are given (computer coding, 10 reasons that are overly broad) that at least give sort of a clue. The common mistake made by inmates and families is presuming that everything within a specific numeric reason applied to the case when in fact there may just be one of the multiple components that was a reason. Seems to me it was teh nature of offense explanation that was tremendously broad in its scope because it covered everything from weapons to gang affiliation as well as some other stuff...
