I have a question. My husband' s parole officer called the house asking me a million questions and asking if that is where he is residing. What does all of this mean? Is he coming home soon? How long does it take after this? He had a 2 year sentence and has served 5 months. Please give me any info that you can.

Sarah I'm not sure what that was about, but to be honest, to me it sounds like good news! Maybe they are looking at paroling him and just want to verify that he has a clean residence, etc....!!! I'm not trying to get you excited b/c it still may be a few months or so, but I would take it as good news. Please keep us posted!

I'll be glad when I get the phone call and the news of parole!
I have my fingers crossed for ya

They contacted my husband's family over the summer before we were married and we still aren't sure except they must be looking at him and verifiying info. etc.

NORMALLY when they contact you, it is good news, they need to make sure that every thing checks out with their home plan. They may be making a visit to your home soon too
