We need your support to urge the Illinois Governor Ryan to grant clemency for everyone on death row in Illinois and to turn over their death sentences to Life without Parole. He is already considering it but he is also attacked for this step of humanity by the Illinois General State Attorney.

how can we European send this petition??? They require a 2 letters state in the US. I tried Fr (for France) or N/A, none of these work !! How did you do ? Please tell me

it doesn't matter which State you pick from the scroll down box - I took Illinois and it worked.... but I'm going to ask them to change the dialogue form for the future.
