my husband has been locked up since april. he signed a deal and was sentnced to 16 mos. plus good time credit. he got credit for 380 days. he served 25 more at glen helen, then they sent him to wasco. he should just get a number and be released right? or am i wrong

he should serve 112 days at 1/3 if he is a credit code one. Once he starts working or goint to school he should serve less then 112 days.

The main thing he starts working or going to school so he can start earning his day for day especially with the "Bridging System" failing.
