Does anyone know anything about getting married at Airway Heights? I will know in a few months I guess, but I was wondering if anyone had any clues for me?

Thanks!

My boyfriend's sister got married in airway heights. It was a really small thing and no one knew till after, but just contact the prison and make sure you are already approved on his visit list and they'll be able to help you out. I think you have to find your own minister to go down to the prison though, because I know his sis was having problems trying to find one and that's why we were all shocked when she got it done. My man is in there too so I can ask him more if you still haven't found out and see if he knows anything to let you know.

My hubby decided to ask me to be his wife again (we had problems the wife thing was pushed to the side...) and I called it looks like the inmate needs to send a kite to the Chaplin and they'll discuss and meet up with them and when it's time for you to get involved you'll get all the info and paperwork you need... I can't wait till I get the paperwork and I get to be his WIFE!

We are in the process of doing the paperwork right now. I was just wondering if anyone on here had actually done it.

All I have to say is KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERWORK. If you send anything in, make copies, etc. Our marriage paperwork was lost 2 times! I know that you need to contact the chaplain and go thru marriage counseling...fill out paperwork, and more paperwork. They will also mail you his entire criminal history and have you sign a paper that states you understand why he's there. Its a drawn out process, but if you love each other its well worth it! Good luck!
