I am not sure , why I got problems to posted here.. but now is all alright..thanks David !

I'm fine as long as I DON'T log on. Once I sign my name and password, I only get the banner at the top of the page down to the grey line that starts with "user control panel", then I only get a blank blue screen.

I've been navigating via the user control panel, and "forum jumps" for a week.

But I cannot use any of the nifty gadgets on the main page, like knowing who's online, or the new posts button. I can't even log off.

Am I the only one having this problem? I use a network of computers through 6 library branches in my town, and they ALL do this!

This started the day you put in the Shout Box, which by the way I cannot see, and cannot use. (Hmmm, maybe that's a good thing! HAHAHAHAHAHA)

But as long as I am a guest, I can see, read and do everything as a usual guest can, except I can't read private messages and respond to posts.

when i go to chat it wont connect me keeps saying all connections in use. please help does that mean that the chat is full or im having problems. thanks for responding to this question.

It is a server problem where our chat is hosted. I have not heard back from them yet. It's a public server that we do not pay for so we don't get any type of priority. So, we're all having problems. :( Hopefully it will be cleared up soon.

I am not complaining because I am only using a dial up and at best I am getting 31200bps but the site does seem slower to load the main page and when moving between new posts. Don't know if there is anything that you can do there or not. I may be forced to go to High Speed!

The other thing that happens is that if I get a new PM notification and my PM list is open in another window, it does not refresh. So I click "Yes" to go to the message and it does not appear until I refresh the page. That may have happened before the update, I am not sure.

I have a 57600 bps connection and yes - the index site starts very slow now....

For some reason I am now known as Steve instead of my entire name, and it says I have one post and I know I have posted a couple hundred or more.Also, all the Private Messages I had are gone also.Steve&kids

when you registered, and then got into caht, did you register again to the left? IF i am NOT mistaken, that is to save your nick name. no one esle can use it. i hope i am not wrong, when fedx gets on line he will see this post and correct me if i am.

Now back to your original question David.Are any of us having problems with the new PTO compared to the old PTO? I still have the same problems now that I had when it was the old PTO! [1] I am still not good looking! [2] I am still not rich! [3] My wife is still in prison! [4] I still have trouble at times understanding my teenaged kids! I am haaving problems with the trivia chat. I guessed at an answer and it kicked and baned me. The letters werre wh--e. I guessed, while, whole, whore.......and that was it.
