I used the new JPay e-mail service and sent my son a letter yesterday evening. He called this morning and said he had gotten it! Awesome!:D

Yes the Jpay system is lovely J loves it. BUTTTTTT it is down right now :( I called of course to complain because he has been getting my letters days and days after I send them and I do them before 2pm CST so they can get printed and delivered that night; well I called Monday to complain and Mrs. Morrow whom is the Asst Supervisor in the mail room told me if it became an issue to call back - so I called today again.

FYI: The Jpay system is down right now she said all over the state so if you sent anything Monday 10/26/09 afternoon it has not been printed yet and won't be printed until they are back up and running so this week I would suggest to snail mail. I'll be calling on Friday to see if they system is back up because I know my baby waits for those everyday letters and is going to be so worried because he didn't get anything this week.
