As I have stated previously, my husband will go up for parole review in August but I wanted to know the exact date. So I called the Offender Status Line and asked my question. The lady retrieved his information and she stated that he was up but he needed to be on a Case pull sheet. I am assuming this means each month there are list of names that are put on a list each month and then they're case is reviewed? Is this correct? She told me to call back in February to check and see if he was put on the list for February. So does this mean that if he is on the list on February, he would then go up for the review? He is a Line Class I and he needs to be an S-4, so if he is on the list in February and he doesn't have the S-4, would the review for August still stand? I am confused. I wasn't expecting her to mention anything about February and a Case pull sheet. Someone please explain.
