Does anyone know what their demands are?

So far the only thing I've heard them release as far as that information is that they're asking for minimal things. Just for coffee, food, etc. but there may be more that they'll be free to tell us if they ever get the stand-off resolved.

The latest news I got is the fact that they put a lid over their demands and so the identy of the hostages and the inmates but the negotations continues and they are positive this far
