I am not sure if I am posting this correctly, but I just wanted you all to know that while reading some of the 184 page ruling a friend of mine came across this.......
"Finally, also significant are the actions of the parole board and the Governor in declining to release prisoners serving terms of 15 or 25 years to life who have served their minimum sentence or more with unblemished records and are determined by prison officials not to constitute a risk to society."
I am not jumping to any conclusion, but I do think it is interested that they did include Lifers as apart of their ruling......The state of CA could elimanate ALOT of cost if they let the ones go that are READY and not a THREAT!
