I am starting to write my letter to the Parole Board in regards to my husband and I was wanting to know if I will get an interview with them??

I thought I read somewhere that I would need to request an interview, but I cannot remember where or when I read that.

Also, will my husband have an interview with the board, or do they vote without ever meeting the inmate.

The board (unless they decide there are extenuating circumstaces) will probably not meet with your husband Kelly. The unit IPO will interview him, and send info into the file for the boards' review.

You can request an interview if you want to talk to them. I would send the request to Austin and to the individual board office handling the case. I sent this as a separate letter (from the support letters). Keep in mind, they are not REQUIRE to honor your request, but I'm told, time permitting etc....they will if they can.
