Pauls in wasco right now for reception and he sent the visitation form.
I have a record from 93 and back then it was diversion and when u completed ur classes they closed ur case. but i picked up the same charge Jan 30 a yr ago i'm still going to pc 1000 and doing good. I know i need mendetor forms for these from the courthouse 2 send in with the forms and I forgot the name of it (mendetor) so I called wasco to get the info and the guy asked what the nature of the charges were, he said i wouldn't be approved but go ahead and send it anyways..... isn't there a way?? why would i wanna send it anyways if he already busted my hopes

Hi there. My husband is at Wasco also so I just went through the visiting process. I spoke with the visiting Sergeant and he told me that if you have 2 felonies within 6 years that you're automatically denied. If you just have one, they look at the charge and then they make their decision. I was denied because I had a felony almost 3 years ago. You know what though? It can't hurt to try! Sounds to me like you should be able to get approved. Hope things work out well for you!

Oh, one more thing...also, even if they deny you, you can also appeal their decision, wait the required time and apply again. Does he have long to do?

Well, I spoke to my husband Counselor last week and she told me that 1/2 time would be calculated as of February 15, 2004. When I talked to her, she had just gotten out of a staff meeting and they had just found out themselves. He's lucky that his parole officer didn't violate him...that's when it starts getting hairy. Anyway if I hear anything else, I'll most definitely let you know.

well, if I'm understanding your question right...are you asking if you have a Misdemeanor will you be able to visit? I'm not expert, believe me, but I think it all just depends on what your charges are, how long ago it was, if your on Probation for it. Probably alot of different factors that they consider.

cubfan... from my understanding... in california, once they enter the prison system, the internet is useless in trying to track their whereabouts. You can call CDC's inmate locator phone number... even then... all they will release is the location and inmate number.
