As some of you know we have been waiting to see if the DA was going to pick up Matt's case and give him another sentence for his recent altercation at PB besides the year he got added on.Got a letter today saying he declined to press charges and my guy will be home Nov.29,2004 :)
Now that sucks compared to his original date of THIS month but it is a big relief to know no more time is coming his way after Nov. :)

Thanks Barb! 11 more months to go!!! UGH! I can't complain though as this time of him not being on the streets and having a lot of soul searching to do has ended up giving he and I a second chance and I'm just thrilled to death :) Of course I don't mean i'm glad he is in prison but ya get my drift...

BTW he said he heard only family and spouses can visit at the SHU no, no girlfriends???? Is this true????????

I'm glad to hear no more time was added and he will be home by you soon. No..I don't think it is only for family.. I sent in my visiting form for Richard and I put down friend and I was approved. Or is there a spot for that? lol Well, anyway, I'm almost positive you can visit him because I've been approved to visit my friend in the SHU.
