It STILL has to pass the House and did not make the crossover cutoff to go to the Senate, it's been changed and re-referred back into Committee since May 12th. I don't see it going anywhere.

Is there a petition we can get going to get this going quicker and/or passed! Not sure it will effect my husband or not but I'm all for getting rid of the habitual law for future folks!

The habutial felon law isnt going to pass I sure wish it would then my man would be home. As of right now there is a bill that might begin on Dec 2009 that when you are sentence it will be at a lower grid.
