the juvenille fair sentencing bill sb 399 was approved by senate a few months ago, yet today in another stage for it to pass , it did not get approved .. there was a 3-4 vote against it..
senator leland yee has appealed and it will be heard again next week.
this is last chance for the bill to pass..
support is very much needed...
