Okay, my boyfriend is at CCA Leavenworth and he heard from a guy that was sentenced that with 35% good time he would have 4 years taken off his time. Can anyone validate that the good time has changed for me, everyone in his bubble/pod is waiting for me to find out if it is true or not. If you don't know could you help point me in a direction where I can find the information?

You said CCA leavenworth...federal? I have heard different things for the state prisons but have not really been paying attention to the federal stuff. If you want to know about the stuff going on in Kansas State Prisons the go to KASPER and read the news and events part and it will tell you all that is going on right now. We all on here have been wondering the whole good time thing to, but I don't know. You might check out the Kansas legislature website, but I am just waiting to see what happens after the fiscal year starts. You also might try googling inmate healthcare and see what comes up because that is one of the reason for all the budget cuts. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
