My husband got out from Hutch a few months ago after breaking his parole, he did 4 yrs before that. Right now he's sitting in county on new charges, felony posession of meth and posession of marjuanna and he's broken his parole again....anyone got any ideas on how long he might be looking at?

I wouldnt know if this is gospel, its just a bit of info that I found on the internet. If its a class 2 felony possession then he can expect up to 5yrs or 3.5yrs for a class 3, I dont know what else they may add on top of that with the marijuana possesison and parole violations.

I have a friend that keeps doing the same exact thing!! So here is what will happen, he will have to max out his parole in DOC and then he will start serving time on the new charges...he just went back in on the 3rd go round of breaking parole and getting new charge...but last time he was in he did almost 6 years. But even tho he is on parole they can make him serve out his parole time and give him probation for the new charges, if he don't have any violent charges. But that is a long run.

Thanks guys im pretty sure that he might have to do quite a few years, his original charge that he did 4 yrs for was a violent crime, when he was high! I wish that he didnt have this problem with meth that keeps dragging him down.
