my husband just called and said something about the kansas parole board is surpose to be reviewing some old timers cases about possibile paroling them anyone heard anything about something to do with a law or leg that just got passed or anything to do with this

I heard that they are going to be releasing a bunch of the non-violent inmates early, because of the budget. Not sure when, who, or if it's a for sure thing. But they are gonna have to do something quick....
