Hi everyone! I figured I would post this in here since I would probably read and post here most often.
My name is Julie and I write to the famous (or perhaps now infamous :rolleyes: ) JD on death row in Florida. We have been writing for 4 years.
I also have other pen pals, one in Arizona at the moment and I have written to others in Nevada, several in Florida, and various other states. Being a pen pal and friend to those on Death Row has really changed my life. Some days I am so grateful for the experience and other days I wish I had never picked up the pen. It can just be too painful.
Since I have read here for a while, I figured I should create a new id and start fresh and say hi to everyone:wave: I feel like I have gotten to know some of you by reading your posts and you seem like such a wonderful, supportive and tight knit group. You certainly do take care of your own :)
