I spent nearly two years at Lexington and will answer any questions you may have to the best of my knowledge. When I was there from late 2005 until to late 2007 the conditions were pretty bad. There are eight units that housed anywhere from 120 to 260 inmates per unit. Only one unit had A/C then. The food was barely edible. The compound was built in the 30's or 40's and was in pretty bad condition. If your friend is in the medical unit the conditions are somewhat better than the rest of the housing. If there are any particular things you want to know I will help in any way I can.
