Well, I got approved! It was quick. He turned in my information on Thursday and I was approved the next day.

So Monday I will make the call for the special visit. He hasn't had a visitor in over 2 years.

Then the long drive from Tennessee to Texas for Memorial Day Weekend. My daughter and I are both excited.

So got approved as a visitor but no decisions at all as to special visit for this weekend. I am having to call daily. One person told me not to call back until Friday afternoon. I explained that I was driving almost 900 miles to visit and this I would be on the road on Friday. They were really nice and told me to call back tomorrow afternoon.

Really hard on my daughter. I am just praying. Sure would hate to be denied at this point. Have made reservations, hired babysitters all kinds of things.

Oh well, nothing I can do about it at this point but sit and wait and pray.

Unfortunately, they can. She was approved though so she didn't have to deal with that.
