Just got this via e-mail and while it hasn't been implemented yet, it contains all of the proposed changes to Titls 15. We (VIP_Cali, PRUP & FACTS Yahoo groups) made a lot of noise about the changes for visiting and attorney representatives. Looks like they listened and implemented what was asked for, but I won't swear to it, 'cause I only briefly acanned it and am very tired at the moment. Just drove back from my visit up north, so I should not be on this machine at this time of night. I'm exhausted, but addicted.....:sleepy:

freedom anjel,
Thanks for posting the changes to the Title 15. It sure seems like you guys won on the visitation, & attorney represenetives visiting prisoners. It doesn't look like there are many changes. There are some that have to do with classification, & i'll have to check them out. Thank you for all your work on fighting the proposed changes to visiting, & congratulations on suceeding in stopping them.------Ken

You should just have to click on the link and go right to the page. No downloading or anything else required. I'll check it again, but it appeared to work last night when I posted it.

I had no problem reading them. They are PDF files so you need adobe acrobat reader to view them. If you need it let me know I can tell you how to get it, it's free, & very useful.
