my hubbys agent for his upcoming release in december just called and said he will be on lifetime gps!!!! how can this be legal when he was ordered only 10yrs extended supervision????? He already did 5yrs for something he did NOT do....and now he has court ordered lifetime register AND un-court ordered lifetime gps?????


also they said only one approved chaperone to start and i dont drive....so a family friend will have to get approved....for 7-9 days at a time he will be stuck at TLP when she is OTR driving job......


how long does TLP generally last????

MY HUBBY GET OUT END DECEMBER. He was NOT court ordered to have it but his agent called and said he will have lifetime gps??????he was ordered 10yr ext. supervision w/lifetime registration.

can the state now change it to lifetime gps???? thats the same as being in prison practically.....how can they do that when he has sevred his time aready?

Hi frnd2me,SO SORRY to hear this for you and hubby, I'm just wondering if this was a 1or 2 offense number and this does not sound good for my friend . How much longer did he have on his sentence to serve in prison, is he getting out early or is it MDR date,and how long was his last defer from this dec release date.
