I too am from Sheboygan. Your boyfriend will have to list the address of his primary place of residence. If he lists his mother's address but lives with you in Sheboygan most of the time, he could be revoked for that. His PO will make unannounced home visits and may even do an investigation if after several attempts to find him at home, the PO doesn't find him there.

My advice and I am well knowledged in this area. LOL Rob was using his mother's address in Milwaukee, and living with me in Wausau. Ok we thought that was all great, but Ken Zee is right, the PO will make many unannounced visits through his probation, and they will make more if they think something is fishy. Rob's PO from Milwaukee was to the point of making Rob call every night after 8 pm from his mother's house when he was supposed to be in the house. Ha Ha he was in Wausau with me, so we got caught up, and all of this is why were are sitting the 21 months now!!!!!! My advice, if you want your man to live with you, move!!! I wouldn't mess with the PO's Good Luck

If you're not willing to move, I would just have him list his mom's house as his residence. Unless it's in his rules that he can't leave the county, then he would be allowed to go to your place and "visit" even if it's an extended visit.

My man had frequent appointments though when first released so that may be more inconvenient than moving to have to adjust your schedule around those meetings.
We had "home" visits, but none were unannounced and she never even came in the house when he was here. She's only come in for the home visits prior to his release... go figure.

It might be good during this transitional period anyhow to live separately and visit, and take it slow. I'm not sure of your history or if you lived together prior to this.

And it sounds like if he's still attached to a Milwaukee PO then he hasn't even had his transfer to Sheboygan approved yet, probably b/c your place wasn't approved though. They had to do my first home visit too by a Milwaukee po before Brown County would transfer him down here.

Good luck:thumbsup:

I am on paper in milwaukee county and my kids' father is on paper in sheboygan, and personally after seeing both counties and the way they work, he may be better off doing at least the beginning of his es in milwaukee county. The pos in sheboygan are very power hungry and will revoke for little or nothing.

Finally out is right about the Sheboygan POs. There is a lot of corruption there. One female PO told a client that she could easily have him revoked by simply claiming he tried to molest her during a home visit. Another was willing to support an early release if the parolee paid $5000. You can have a failed urine sample taken care of too for a price. The number of petty rules given to Sheboygan parolees is staggering. Some are so vague that it's impossible not to break them. They will also lie on their monthly reports and put down things that are outrageous. One PO stated that the parolee told her that he was giving gifts to neighborhood children--a complete fabrication, but impossible to prove. Another parolee was almost revoked when his PO claimed she saw him in a bar. The only thing that saved him was the fact that he was hundreds of miles away at the time. Yes, try to avoid Sheboygan POs if you can.
