My fiance filled out the papers for Drug Court and he got a response back denying him of it. Is there anyway he could appeal that, or anyway he could try and show whoever that he really does need drug court?!

it depends on the charge he is in for , i know when i went to drug court in las vegas in 1999 you could not have domestic or violent crimes. there are certain requirements to be accepted.

it took me 2 and a half years to get out of drug court tell him they did him a favor and just do his time. it really sucks
