For anyone who may be or has already been denied the right to marry a prisoner... The Appellate Division of the Superior Court of NJ decided in the favor of the prisoner's right to marry in a case decided on Feb. 14, 2002 [interesting date, don't you think?!!!].

http://lawlibaray.rutgers.edu/courts/appellate/a1498-00.opn.html. The parties names: Judith Vazquez, appellant, v. New Jersey Department of Corrections; case #: A-1498-00T5. The court's opinion includes citing of other similar and/or related court decisions. Ms. Vazquez, filed this pro se, after being denied the right to marry by the prison's administrator!
