Otis Ray Hope, of Aiken, South Carolina, and Richard Wayne Hope, of Denham, Louisiana, both formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland, were indicted on bank fraud charges in connection with a fraudulent $1.75 million loan they obtained on behalf of Shiloh Ministries of Hagerstown.
