I often get letters that have been sealed, then re-opened. Have any of you had a problem with this?

The prisonsread all incoming and outgoing mail. So if he seals it the will open the letter uless its legal papers and he or someone writes 'Legal Papers" in big letters they can't or aren't suppose to read those.
