My husband has seizures and was placed in Varner instead of a medical unit. The beds are upstairs and well he is shaky when he's had a seizure. Yesterday he fell down the stairs and fractured his arm. The warden now says he is to much trouble so they are going to transfer him somewhere else.
Don't you love this system.
He may go to either newport or Calico. Or at least thats what they say.
Can he charge them with some kind of medical neglect???

oh yea he was in the next barrack over from the ones were that man got killed. He said a female gaurd was on the phone and not paying attention and pushed the wrong button and opened all those cells. That's our wonderful tax dollars at work.
