I have a child hood friend locked up in Cambridge Springs Womens Correctional Facility, in Cambridge Springs,Pa. She's about 25 or so and i'm 18. She's in for about 47 more years for 3rd degree murder that she did not commite. But anyways...she went in straight and now after being in for about 6-8 yrs..she's turned..im not sure if shes lesbian or just bi..but she kinda makes me feel weird when i go visit her. She said some of the other inmates have made comments about my pictures that she has and when they see me at visiting. She told me she tells them " that's my little sis and no one's gonna be touching her that way". I mean i have nothing against bi people or anything..i guess i'm just not to use to being around it. I dunno i guess im just rambling about all this now..so ill end the post..

Angel,
Sorry that no one replied to your post - but I guess that you really did not ask any questions as much as make some statements...
First off, I don't think that you need feel 'weird', as your friend's sexuality is your friend's and yours is yours!
You say that you were childhood friends and she calls you her 'little sis' so it does not sound like you have anything to worry about anyway - she is protecting your honor.
I have a very close male friend that is straight that is more than open to visiting gay bars or coming with me to parties where the majority are gay... he will openly accept a compliment from a gay guy, smiling and thanking them for the compliment. He has always said, that he is confident of his sexuality and is not threatened by anyone elses, so therefore he is just as pleased with a compliment from a man as from a woman.
I guess what I am trying to say here is that you will in time feel comfortable with your friends sexuality and what surrounds it... in the mean time, just concentrate on the bond that you have from your childhood. Inside she is the same person that you have been friends with all your life. Don't let anyone outside of her distract you from your friendship...
