my boyfriend is back in prison. he got sentenced with 8 yrs to serve. he has already been through jackson and is currently in telfair s.p. is there any chane that he will get parloe? he has been gone for ablout a year. thanks

There's no way anyone can tell you if he'd be eligible for parole because it really depends on a lot of things....
prior charges, sentences, probation, current charge, etc.
Every case is handled differently.

you also have to condiser the waether, if anyone on the board is in a bad mood, etc..........

Seriosuly I have learned they can do whatever they please. A lot of it has to do with his current charge and priors though. But don't give up hope no matter what
