The FBI is in Tutwiler investigating the horrible conditions and the common occurence of rape by the guards. They have posted a hotline number for inmates to call to report past rapes by guards, without fear of repercussions. They are investigating the lack of food, the rotten conditions and the entire system. The warden is worried and they have transferred out 75 women to work release because of the overcrowding. What a mess. If your loved one has a story to report of any sexual improprieties at Tutwiler, have them call the FBI now. Perhaps real improvements can be accomplished and now is the time.:angry:
