Hi Guys,
Can any of you that have already made a reservation at the Holiday Inn please contact me directly. This is fairly urgent.
They have agreed to give us some discounts on the rooms.
If you email me at ladyarkles@prisontalk.com with the name that the room has been reserved under and the nights you are staying, I will pass it on to them.
They should then go and apply the discount automatically.
For those who have not yet booked a room, hold tight for a day whilst I get the discount codes to use at the time of reservation.
Well done the Holiday Inn for doing the right thing!

GOOD NEWS!!
The Holiday Inn have confirmed that the room rate for PTO members is going to be $80 per night (plus taxes)
That is quite a saving on their internet rate and we are pleased to be able to save you some money!
I am still waiting for the discount codes, but I strongly suggest that you go ahead and book, if you haven't already, and then we can apply the discount retrospectively!

Here are the finalised booking details for the Holiday Inn.
We have arranged a room rate of $80 per room, per night (plus taxes).
To get this discount please call 713-961-1640 (Front Desk) to make a reservation and tell them that you are booking under the "Prison Talk Block Rate".
They should have all the details there and make your reservation accordingly.
If you have already booked, make sure that when you check in you tell the Front Desk that you are part of the Prison Talk Block Rate, and they should bill you in line with that.
If they are not sure what you are talking about, ask them to contact Miss Stallworth in their sales department. She is the lady who is dealing with all of our arrangements.

The rate should be set up in the morning.
I have just spoken to our lady at the Hotel and she is asking the relevant department to update their records as soon as they can.
So, hold on a few more hours. :)
Next year I am hiring a tent and you can all bring your own sleeping bags!! ;)
