I"m wondering if anyone has the CDC book on rules and regulations INSIDE the prisons. I just read the one for NC and I want to know how CA differs from other states. Does anyone know where I can find it? I've done a search on yahoo fruitlessly :(

Silver, What your looking for is called The Title 15. I have a few copies laying around my house. I use it alot. I do know their is a copy online. If you want I can track one down for you. I'm also sure that if you contact CDC & ask for a copy of The Title 15, they will send you one, in fact I should get a new copy myself as mine are a few years old.-----Ken

Just got this via e-mail and while it hasn't been implemented yet, it contains all of the proposed changes to Titls 15. We (VIP_Cali, PRUP & FACTS Yahoo groups) made a lot of noise about the changes for visiting and attorney representatives. Looks like they listened and implemented what was asked for, but I won't swear to it, 'cause I only briefly acanned it and am very tired at the moment. Just drove back from my visit up north, so I should not be on this machine at this time of night. I'm exhausted, but addicted.....
