does anyone know when the phase 3 only food visit is for east unit? is it this weekend (right now) or next weekend for valentines day?

Today and tomorrow, sorry I didn't see this until now. The first half of the alphabet was today, the other tomorrow. We went today, had a wonderful time. The cos were very nice and helpful and all of the families were having a great time, I know we did!

So what is the schedule for this weekend since its valentines day? is it phase 3's only again for the holiday? or can anyone visit? :confused:

Food visits are no all the time,The prison sets up special day were love ones can take inmates home cooked meals. When you go visit on a regular visiting day then you cannot take them anything! And yes the visitation days are on the weekends! They have the right to inspect our car! My fiance is at florence east :) Do you know what phase he is ? and have you applied to visit yet?

Officer Mattingly in Visitation the lady who checks you in, can give you the schedule pf food visits and a list of what is allowed, how you pack it (clear containers, a certain size) etc.
Welcome to East Unit, my son is there too. It's not so bad according to what he and other inmates say.

Officer Mattingly, the lady who checks you in, can give you a sheet with information about food visits. Your loved one most likely knows his phase, or a CO can tell you. I think the next food visit is near Mothers Day. I don't get much time to cook and I usually take fast food he's been missing.

I believe that it is the 9th and 10th of May or something my man was telling me I will get a food visit schedule this weekend and let you all know. I did not go this weekend cause the weather was to rainy. but i will be there saturday! How is that fair its mothers day and we get stuck cooking! LOL shouldn't they be cooking for US! LOL Sounds good!

I believe food visits are on May 9th-10th. I'm not certain what days A-L and M-Z will be on. Sorry.
