Once my husband gets out next July we want to move to Michigan to be by my family and start over. Does anyone know what all is involved. I do know he has to apply 4 months before his release date but that is all I know trying to get the probation department to help me is very difficult they never return phone calls. Thank you Anne

we are going throughthe same thing~ He has to contact his counselor and get an interstate compact going. We were told to start 6 months before release but as I said if he talks to his CO3 he should be able to get most of the info.
If you want to pm me and I will give you addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses that I have to get info from the outside. Tell me about it, starting over~ we want to move home to MN !!!!
