Is there by any chane any ine out there can give me some type of information on Calipatria State Prison? I need legal help? the councelors up there don;t give out any information and I am trying my hardest on getting the man of my life out of there..He has been in jail for 10 years now and his time actually was up last September?Any information would help us so much.....:pissed: :cuffs: :pissed:

meia, your right they won't give out info to non family members. My first question is exactly how do you know he was supposed to get out last Sept. What was his sentence, & when did he start doing time? If you can give me more details I may be able to help. --------Ken

I know it was last September becaise he tuned 25 last September.He will be 26 next month.His sentence was when he was 16 the judge told him he would serve time untill he was 25...I know that if you mess up they add more time but a whole year?He has wriot 2 different courts and the last letter said he needed to write the "appealets court"?The first court told him tey never received hids paper work he sent last year, so he had to send what ever paper work again.I am getting fustrated....What else can be done other than hiring a llawyer and writting these courts..

It really does sound like a mess, so your probably right, you'll need a lawyer to try & guide you through all the BS they throw up at you. Good luck.------Ken
