Just a question..
I am thinking about pen paling with a fella in Kingston Pen..Now I have his name and addy..not his prison number..
I called the pen and chatted with a woman who informed me just to put his name on the envelope and kingstons address and the mail will get to him...Is this true?
This is so different than the USA prison, where you need to have his prison number (whatever that number is called) on the envelope..

I beleive that this is the case... write the first letter if this is how you were instructed to do so but ask the Prisoner for the proper way in your letter!

Sorry, I was off work yesterday so no access to the net but you do not need the FPS # in canada ! It helps if there is more then one with that last name but you do not need it !!!

YA ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT HIS NAME AND THE ADDRESS AND THEY DO THE REST MY BF WAS IN KINGSTON BEFORE AND HE GOT EVERYTHING THAT I SENT HIM.
