Hi, my brother was just transferred to Varner prison, I am wondering if anyone knows much about it. I haven't gotten a letter from him yet and I am mostly concerned about how safe he will be in there.

i have 2 loved ones in jail..i just sent them both a letter tuesday.how long will it take for them to recieve it?
