I was wondering the same thing.

Me too how and what are we able to download :D. Its says I don't have access to down load :(

I chuckle, as each time I see there is a new note I am looking for the answer and I just laugh to see I am not alone with my question.

I just noticed this too. It's always exciting that there is always something new being added to what we can do. Thanks.

We are doing major upgrades at this time so you will see a lot of new things coming and going. Stay tuned when all is done we will give you all the information you need to use them.

As for the THANKS......

"Thanks" are thanks YOU gave to someone in a post.

"Thanked" are how many people thanked you in how many posts.

At least that is what I believe it is. ;)

You can find which posts under your statistics tab.

If you have prison specific information, photos, videos, paperwork, etc. you can upload that so others can use it.

If you download a file for use, it will show the number of things you downloaded

You would simply click on Downloads in the navagation bar, next to your usercp. Then add
