What I am wondering is if any of you have used a Lawyer / Solicitor
and for which type of case, how did the legal rep fair? did they go
the extra mile for the client's interests or paper over the cracks.
The reaso I ask is I am compiling a list for publication of contact
and DNT (do not touch) legal reps, there are far too many lifting a
full fee for half a job, if we can build a base it will take the
monopoly away from the big names. This list is currently drawn for
U.K. and Scotland, but I would like with the assistance of those who
use the services of the proffession in the States to compile a
listing there also?
It will be made available to all on the Without Prejudice site where
we go to find a rep for a particular case and will assist the newbies
to this to locate and contact someone who is going to do what they
are paid to.
Any ideas please post em? plus if you would be so kind as to pass on
this request to those you may know who have contact with legal reps I
would be very happy to hear from all?
June.

June,

For the most part, I've had pretty decent representation from all my lawyers. I have only had one bad experiance, & that was from a public defender. I really don't have any info on my good lawyers, but the bad one was named Gary Wheeler from Orange County public defenders office. This was back in the early 90's so I don't know if he's better now, but I could care less.--------Ken
