My sis is at Carswell FMC and we are able to go visit for Christmas. I am hoping someone out there can tell me what the closest hotel to that facility is?

I don't have any info on this area. What you could try to do is call the facility and ask them if they could give you a few names. Most often when they send out visitor applications, which in your case you might not had received one, they enclude a page where it list motels and other things in the area. Cabs, etc.
Try that...see if it works!
